Kindergarten Teaching Position (posted July/2023):

Here we GROW again!  Okotoks Montessori is seeking a certificated Kindergarten Teacher for the Fall. We are seeking a teacher that displays affection and kindness for all students. Will be required to teach and report on 3 age groups: ages 3, 4 and 5 year olds in multi-aged (Montessori) setting and perform administrative duties on Apple-based software. ECS/Kindergarten classroom experience, current First Aid, recent criminal record check. Montessori diploma an asset, but would also train. Work week is Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and occasional parent evenings. Please submit resume/cover letter/references by email. Thank you.

Kindergarten Teacher: a Bachelor of Education, as well as preschool experience or lower elementary grade level experience.

Assistants: ECE Level 2 or 3 are encouraged.  Preschool experience and Montessori credentials or a desire to be trained in Montessori.
